1. WARRANTY COVERAGE

Mystiqua warrants to the original purchaser that the Mystiqua LED Therapy Mask (“Product”) shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of original retail purchase (“Warranty Period”).

2. WHAT IS COVERED

Subject to the terms of this warranty, Mystiqua will, at its discretion and free of charge:

• Replace the defective product with a new or refurbished unit of equal or greater value.
• Refund the original purchase price if replacement is not feasible.
  

3. WHAT IS NOT COVERED

This warranty does not apply to:

• Damage due to misuse, accident, neglect, or abuse
• Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.) that does not affect function
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Damage resulting from use with non-Mystiqua accessories
• Normal wear and tear of parts
• Loss or theft of the Product

4. HOW TO OBTAIN SERVICE
To obtain warranty service, the purchaser must:
